"I've worked with Katya for 7 weeks now, and have enjoyed the process. She is quite flexible with respect to working with client needs and amazingly tolerant. In these 7 weeks I had to travel for a few of them causing me to slow down/loose progress and she helped me work with whatever I had access to. She adapts to the equipment at hand which was cool. She was also accepting of the fact that I wanted to lift more than she prescribed, and that I engaged in activities that hinder optimal recovery.
