Absolutely loved this recipe! It was easy to make, tasted amazing, and I will definitely be making it again.
Ingredients:
- 698g Extra Firm Silken Tofu (pic below)
- 200 g Frozen or fresh Strawberries
- 10–12 g (1 tablespoon) Ground flaxseed or chia seeds (optional)
- 25–30 g Tru Protein powder (optional, I just like the taste)
- 1 g (1/4 tspn) Erythritol or stevia (optional)
- 0.2–0.3 g Salt (tiny pinch of salt (optional))
- 2 tsp, Lemon Juice + ground lemon rind
- splash water / soy milk if you want less thickness (optional)
- vanilla extract (optional)
Lemon juice + lemon rind is optional but HIGHLY recommended!
A little tartness + dash salt brings the sweetness out. Try it both ways – you’ll see why 🙂
How to Make:
Blend everything in the food processor, and serve decorated with fresh strawberries, mint and slivered almonds.
This is the tofu I like to get. Best macros per gram of product! If you find one with better macros…send it to me on IG asap – @gorbachevae! And definitely tag me in a story if you make the high protein strawberry (or another fruit) pudding!
