Powerlifting Meet: What to Bring. Complete Check-List, Printable

Getting ready for a powerlifting meet? Packing can be stressful. You don't want to forget anything important. This guide will help you pack like a pro. We'll cover clothes, equipment, food, and those easily forgotten items. Get ready to lift your best!

Clothes

  • Underwear: Pack an extra set, just in case it gets checked during weigh-in or gets sweaty (99% chance it will).
  • Plain T-Shirt: Must have no logos unless they're registered. Tape might be available, but don't count on it. Inside-out shirts usually aren't allowed.
  • Singlet: Required for the platform.
  • Powerlifting Shoes: Especially for squats.
  • Deadlift Socks: Mandatory for deadlifts.

Equipment and Gear

  • Knee Sleeves
  • Powerlifting Belt
  • Deadlift Shoes
  • Wrist Straps (2 sets)
